I made the kids a special Valentines treat. We decided to call them Valentine fortune cones. They were just chocolate dipped cones filled with little Valentines treats and sprinkles with a little Valentines message inside and then topped with chocolate dipped strawberries instead of ice cream... the kids thought they were the coolest, yummiest treats ever :)
