The boys came up with a leprechaun trap all on their own. Cameron wrote in pen, "gold in hir". Brendan wrote in green and corrected Cameron's "hir" to "here" and then wrote "enter". The bin has gold and green objects under it to attract a leprechaun.
Daelyn was worried about the leprechaun so she wrote him a note to warn him about the trap, and told him that she didn't want his gold.... just to be his friend :)
Well, they didn't trap a leprechaun, but one definitely came to the house and left a note and some goodies for the kids.
Then we had a St Pattys Day breakfast fit for a leprechaun :)
Green glazed cinnamon rolls...... mmmmmmmmmmm!
Then we spent the day planting flowers and working/ playing outside in the sunshine :)

I love how you are doing traditions that your kids will also hand down to their kids someday, what better memories!!!
You are so good..I can't even let my kids see this cute post, they'll know they got totally jipped. They must have gotten visited by a stingy leperchaun!
